A couple who split after 23 years of marriage have tied the knot again.

Roz and Ian Ellis from Aberdeen have just got married for the second time, almost 50 years after their first wedding.

The couple met in Lanarkshire in Scotland in January 1967 and married a year later.

Roz said: "Our first wedding was a big traditional affair, so we didn't feel the need to do it again – we decided to keep it quite low-key with our family and friends."
