近日，百度贴吧“卖吧”事件持续受到关注，昨天，此事进一步发酵。广州市越秀区益友爱肝公益发展中心、北京瓷娃娃罕见病关爱中心等36家健康类公益组织联名举报百度涉嫌发布虚假医疗广告，并向北京市工商局寄出举报信，要求工商部门介入调查。

【讲解】

false advertising practice是发布虚假广告；non-government organizations是公益组织，简称NGO。
周四，36家健康类公益组织（healthcare related NGOs）联名举报（file a complaint）中国在线搜索巨头（online search giant）百度涉嫌发布虚假医疗广告（post false medial related advice），并向北京市工商局（Beijing Administration of Industry and Commerce）寄出举报信，要求工商部门介入调查（launch an investigation）。
百度方面回应称，任何在百度开展网络营销（carry out online marketing）的医疗机构（medical institutions）都必须具备（be equipped with）卫生行政部门颁发的《医疗机构执业许可证》，百度欢迎广大网友监督推广信息（welcome the supervision from the public）。
日前有网民（Internet user）举报百度售卖与医疗有关的贴吧（medical-related forums），举例来说，供血友病患者（hemophilia patients）讨论和分享有关疾病和治疗方法的血友病吧拥有5000名用户，百度出售这个贴吧以后，一些不合格的医疗机构涌入该贴吧发布了大量广告（advertisements），其中有些广告存在误导信息（misleading）。
百度在周二宣布，百度贴吧所有病种类吧全面停止商业合作（stop the commercialization of forums that focus on discussing the diagnoses and treatments of illnesses），只对权威公益组织开放（invite non-profit organizations to operate them）。
