In April this year, the State Council adopted a revised environmental protection law, which will not take effect until the beginning of next year. And also, China's Supreme People's Court has set up a tribunal specifically focused on environment cases. We're joined by Dimitri De Boer, Team Leader of EU – China Environmental Governance Program to talk about these developments. Do you think this new law will really help to improve the state of the environment?
