一共有三种说法，记住一个就可以了。

1、I have a stuffy nose.

stuffy ['stʌfi] adj.闷热的，不通气的

2、My nose is always plugged/clogged up

plugged ['plʌgɪd] adj.塞紧的

clogged v.阻碍；堵塞

3、I couldn't breathe through both nostrils at the same time(这也忒啰嗦了。。。）
