Why? Just sit there, and nod your head like I do.

But nobody is willing to talk about The elephant in the room.
但是大家都不想谈论这个避讳的话题。
What elephant?
跟大象有什么关系？
The fact that our company has no money! Broke!
我们公司一穷二白的事啊！我们破产了！
Oh, that elephant in the room. Yeah, don't bring that up.
哦，原来说的是大家都不愿提及的意思啊。对，别提这件事。
Nobody wants to talk about that.
没人想谈论这种事啊。
An elephant in the room is a problem that everyone knows about but does not want to talk about.
避而不谈之事表示大家都知道却刻意回避的事情。
It also refers to a truth everyone knows but ignores.
它也指众所周知但却故意忽视的事实。
A problem shouldn't be ignored, and neither should an elephant in a room with you!
不能逃避问题。房间里的大象同样不能够被无视！
