Currently there is a widespread belief that the trend in the future is quick profits, quick growth and everything accomplished quick. However, to us young people, this is not the right message; it is nothing but an illusion.

True, social changes brought about by even faster flows of information and advances in technology are irresistible today, but they do not always translate into wealth or success overnight.

Steady and sure progress will still be the mainstream in the future growth. Such solid progress is in no contradiction with new developments in information and other technologies.

Given the ever-changing technologies and fast-flowing information, we should do away with the slow changes and time-consuming decision-making in the old days. Yet we must maintain a steady and sustainable growth. This is the new value we need.

近来（社会上）弥漫讲求快速致富、快速成长，一切都快就是未来的新趋势。然而，对我们年轻人来说，这不是正确的说法/信息；这只不过是一种假象/错觉。

的确，今天，资讯快速和科技进步所带来的社会变迁，是无法抗拒/不可抵挡的。但是，这些并不一定要引申成快速致富或一夜成功。

稳步和脚踏实地的发展仍然是将来的主流。因为，真正/实实在在的发展，与资讯与科技的进步没有任何冲突。

由于/考虑到科技的变迁，资讯的快速发展，我们应该摈弃过去的变革缓慢和费时的决策方式。但是，我们要做到稳步、可持续的增长，这是我们所需要的新的价值观。
