3. In the future, do you think that books printed on paper will disappear?

Candidate 1: I think that books printed on paper will disappear. Books printed on paper have a long history. Until now, people still use books to study, amuse themselves and so on. But now more and more disadvantages of books have been discovered. It is not convenient for people to bring books with themselves and they only contain limited information. What is more, it is a waste of resources.

With the technology being improved, we have easier access to the electronic age. Computer as the most important invention in the age has become more and more prevailing. In the future, the technology of computer will be more and more mature. It will bring in more convenience and information to people. A common computer can match with hundreds of libraries. Besides, you can bring your PC computer to wherever you want. As we all know, the resources of the earth eapecially trees will get fewer and fewer in the future. People will find better ways to replace books with PC computer as a good choice using solar energy. Thus, books will disappear in the river of the long history because of their disadvantages.

Candidate 2: With the development of computer and electronic technology, many people are gradually giving up books and turn to other means to read articles and novies. But in my opinion, books printed will not diappear even in hundreds years. Everything remaining in this world has its own reason.

As for the book, it is a kind of culture itself. We know that books appeared a very long time ago, which endow human beings with intelligence, talent and charm. To the people, they may surf the Internet, and they may use electronic products, but they can't enjoy the atmosphere while reading can make them get immersed in the fragrance of books. So many people collect books as their wealth. Generally speaking, books printed will not disappear, and they will remain forever.

Candidate 3: In my view, I don't think that books printed on papers will disappear no matter what level our technology reaches in the future. Many books have been handed from our ancestors thousands of years ago. Without the books printed on papers, could we read so many interesting stories? Maybe someone will say we can read stories on Internet. Now, supposing in a snowy night we are reading books from the Internet. And suddenly, the light gose off. What will happen? Then you will be attracted by the books on your father's bookshelf aside. With books at hand, you embed yourselves in the stories with the light of the candle. What a beautiful night! Without books around, we will lose much pleasure or time to read our heart.

To conclude, the book will never lose its charm.
