M: Can I help you?
W: I was wondering if you could give me information about visits to some of the buildings in Toronto, please?
M: Yes, we have a good brochure on some of the historic buildings of the town.
W: Well, I'm not so interested in the older buildings. Do you think I could have something about the modern buildings, please?
M: Well, I'm afraid I can't help you on that one.
W: But you must have some information. There are some very interesting modern buildings here.Not just that big tower.
M: I'm sorry. I don't really know.You see I'm just helping out here. I'm a trainee.
W: Could you ask someone else, please?
M: Of course. Just a moment, please. In this brochure there's a suggested tour of some of the modern buildings.
W: Thank you very much.That's great.
