Well, today marks the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Chinese President Xi Jinping has congratulated the country's top leader Kim Jong Un. The DPRK is in the midst of recovering from three typhoons in the past months while keeping its guard up against COVID-19. State media said Kim has called for efforts to rebuild houses and restore roads and railways by October 10th, the founding of the ruling Workers' Party. And he has targeted the year's end to complete all repairs.
