In this memo, Meng's lawyers raised several key points accusing HSBC of helping the U.S. government build a case against her.So far the only evidence that U.S. prosecutors use to accuse Meng of bank fraud is a PowerPoint file provided by HSBC. The file has been playing a central role in building a case against Meng as the U.S. accused the company of violating U.S. sanctions on Iran.
