Two young Chinese pianists performed at the premier of "The Legend of 1900" in Beijing.
Twelve-year-old Li Haiming and 11-year-old Liu Fangzi, who both have many international awards, meantime and an orchestra also played original classical music from the film.

Chinese director, Xie Junyi, says he thinks highly of the sound effects in this 4K-restored version, adding that the melodies played in the film are all very touching.
Starring Tim Roth, "The Legend of 1900" baby boy, who was discovered in 1900 on an ocean liner, grows up into a musical prodigy never setting foot on land.
The movie wildly released tomorrow is the first for the big film on the Chinese mainland as the original version must not be released in theaters here.
