The UK Foreign Affairs Committee said it would be a "dereliction of duty" should the government fail to have a "plan B" if Brexit talks with Brussels collapse. Even the Britain and the European Union enter negotiations with goodwill and the desire for a successful outcome, the committee said the negotiations could stall or be derailed, ending with no deal between Britain and the EU's 27 member states.
This warning comes at the start of what could be the most important 48 hours in generations for Britain. The precise timing will be announced on Monday in the Houses of Parliament.
