Please be advised that Mr. Wu was a passenger in your flight (UA#982) en route from New York City to Beijing on April 16, 2011. On arriving at Beijing International Airport, Mr. Wu's luggage, being an olive-green plastic suitcase by the size of approximately 85 cm X 95 cm X 35 cm, could not be found at the Baggage Claim Area and was lost.
