According to Reuters, conservative federal appeals court judges Brett Kavanaugh and Raymond Kethledge are the two most serious contenders President Donald Trump is considering to replace Anthony Kennedy on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kavanaugh is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit while Kethledge sits on the Cincinnati based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The president, who conducted interviews with seven candidates earlier this week for the lifetime post on the top U.S. judicial body, is expected to announce his decision on Monday July 9th.
The Conservative Government was only too quick to hush him up.
He is a candidate for the office of Governor.
The favoured candidate will probably emerge after private discussions.
